About the role
We are seeking a founding full stack Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work across our technology stack, contributing to both frontend and backend development. You will help build and scale our platform, which includes a Next.js static site hosted on AWS S3 behind AWS Cloudfront CDN, Golang APIs hosted on AWS Lambdas behind AWS API Gateway, and a PostgreSQL database on AWS RDS with plans to migrate to AWS Aurora. You will also support our blog, which is hosted on Wordpress via AWS Lightsail.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Experience with frontend development using Next.js
- Experience with backend development using Golang
- Familiarity with AWS services including S3, Cloudfront, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, and Lightsail
- Experience working with PostgreSQL databases

This position is based in Austin, TX.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $140,000 – $180,000 per year.
