Founding Member of Technical Staff

We are an early stage startup currently in stealth. As AI agents become more autonomous and embedded in critical end user workflows, traditional security tools struggle to provide the visibility, control, and governance that security teams need.

We’re building security infrastructure that helps enterprises adopt agentic AI safely.

Founding SWE (Mid-level)

• Remote (🇺🇸 USA / 🇨🇦 Canada)
• Full Time • 3–5 years experience
• Equity: 0.5% – 1.5% • Salary: Flexible (location/experience)

You’ll be employee #4, working directly with the founding team to build security infrastructure for agentic AI.

The role (what you’ll build + what success looks like)

You’ll build the product from the ground up across collectors, detections, and workflows. You’ll own features end-to-end with guidance and support from senior teammates.

A modern day-to-day here involves as much planning and collaboration (clarifying requirements, writing lightweight plans, reviewing designs, iterating scope) as writing code.

In the first 6–8 weeks, success looks like

• Shipping or materially advancing a meaningful collector/integration.
• Implementing a set of high-signal detections and iterating to reduce false positives.
• Owning a customer-facing slice end-to-end: data → rule → output → workflow.

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong execution with high ownership (low-ego, collaborative).
• Strong in Python and comfortable across the stack.

Bonus: security/devtools experience, policy engines/posture management, security research, or strong opinions on AI dev tools.
