About the role
We are seeking a Founding Software Engineer to join our fast-moving team as we prepare for our initial fundraising round. In this role, you will contribute to the development of Retain, an AI orchestration platform tailored for post-sales teams, combining the capabilities of AI-native solutions like Gong and Gainsight.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $150,000 – $250,000 per year.
