Senior Software Developer

Building a Dual-Use Intelligence Software Platform. Fuses proprietary and classified information into a single OS and runs autonomous systems to find emerging risk and threats.

• CTO is from JSOC and Vp of Enginnering @ $1b Defense tech company
• CAIO is from MIT with a PhD in AI/ML Applied Theory and Mathmatics

This role is to be a direct report and lead Senior Software Developer on their team. They are focused on architecture and design, while this role is focused on fulfillment and infrastructure.

We are building a team that has a combined experience in the DoD, SOCOM, JSOC, Wall Street, Silicon Valley, and beyond. We are building technologies that will be on the frontlines of what is to come and how to deter and better interpret threats and opportunities. We have contracts line up within the DoD, Gov, industry, and Fortune 500 Companies.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Collaborate closely with the CTO/CAIO to architect our SaaS platform and set strategic goals for technology development.
• Own the full lifecycle of development for early versions of the application.
• Build and nurture a talented team of software and data engineers.
• Lead the Ai/ML development and potentially in a way and areas that don't exist.
• Brief and update shareholders and board members regularly.
• Help build a Dual-Use product pipeline.

Qualifications:

(All are nice-to-have, not requirements. We want the best regardless of background, period)

• Previous DoD, Military, or Industry technical experience.
• Experience in machine learning models and generative AI algorithms, with a focus on data processing and applied reasoning.
• Expertise in writing and deploying production code in common programming languages, including Python, Node.js, Next.js, React, and Typescript.
