As a Machine Learning Engineer at Praisidio, you'll work directly with our founders to develop groundbreaking Machine Learning algorithms that address attrition — the number one enterprise risk. You'll be building data pipelines, training ML models, and testing models against historical data at startup speed. We're looking for candidates who are bright, hungry, and humble. We move quickly and expect a similar pace of growth from our team members.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and design data pipelines and machine learning models.
- Iterate on models quickly and test, deploy, and monitor model performance continuously.
- Contribute individually and be a team player to grow your impact.
- Prioritize, manage deadlines, iterate on designs, develop, test, and maintain excellent products.
- Hire and onboard engineers to build a diverse and excellent team.
- Lead by example!
What we're looking for
- PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Math or related technical fields.
- 3+ years of professional engineering or data science experience.
- Experience with Python, and hosting and scaling ML models on AWS.
- Prior start-up experience a plus.
